Flavor, healthy, convenient

I love buying chicken from The chicken pound, nothing like having someone do your food prep for you. Sure, it cost a little more, but definitely worth it where your time and health is concerned. My favorite flavors are lemon herb, lime,cilantro, teriyaki, plain, and balsamic.
I keep my freezer stocked with it at home and at our beach house. My son prefers the plain , so that he can add his own seasoning.
